Snow! Schnee!

Today I went to the playground close to our house. Lots of snow out there, which wasn't that great. I still don't really know what to do with the white stuff, and it doesn't make walking any easier. Nevertheless, I had lots of fun swinging, got tired and went to bed very early.

Heute war ich auf dem Spielplatz in der Nähe von unserem Haus. Es gab viel Schnee da draussen, was nicht gerade sehr toll war. I weiss noch immer nicht genau, was ich mit dem weissen Zeug anfangen soll, und es macht das Laufen nicht gerade leichter. Trotzdem hatte ich viel Spass auf der Schaukel, bin sehr müde geworden und früh zu Bett gegangen.

All my godmothers...

Today I had I get together with my godmothers Cheryl and Sailor - only my godfather was missing.

I wonder whether I will always have that much fun with them - because at the moment I very much enjoy being with them - and Nick, Cheryl's long-term boyfriend, was also around!

Christmas presents/Weihnachtsgeschenke

Wow - got lots of Christmas presents today from my godparents in Germany. Noticed that I now know what cloth are, and slowly developing a sense for fashion!

And I got a beautiful star with my name on it, and a book, and a fish. Many thanks!

Wow - heute habe nochmals viele Weihnachtsgeschenke bekommne - von meinen Pateneltern in Deutschland. Habe festgestellt, dass ich mittlerweile weiss, was "Kleidung" ist, und ich entwickle so langsam einen Sinn für Mode.

Und ich habe einen wunderschönen Stern mit meinem Namen bekommen, und ein Buch, und einen Fisch. Vielen Dank!

And that's why we went to Zürich to visit her. We stayed at a hotel close to her place and dressed very warm because it was cold up there!
